Unlike many venues that juggle multiple clients, Beaumont Farms hosts only one event at a time, ensuring complete privacy and dedicated attention. We also host a limited number of events each year, which allows us to be more accommodating with setup, rehearsals, photos, and teardown. Extra access time can often be arranged, giving you the breathing room needed to create a seamless, stress-free event.
ALL-INCLUSIVE AMENITIES
What you see on your tour is what you get—no hidden costs or surprise add-ons. Outdoor furniture, chandeliers, shade sails, restrooms, and other essentials are included in your rental. Beaumont Farms is truly all-inclusive, providing clarity upfront and saving you from unexpected expenses.
FOOD & BEVERAGE FLEXIBILITY
Beaumont Farms does not provide in-house catering, giving you the freedom to choose your preferred caterer or vendor. Outside professionals are welcome, provided they carry the required insurance. To support your team, we offer catering prep areas, refrigeration, and flexible spaces, while licensed caterers can provide alcohol service and bar setups both indoors and outdoors.
COMFORT & CONVENIENCE
Private lounges and suites with A/C, radiant flooring, smart TVs, and full baths provide comfort for VIPs, bridal parties, or talent. Starlink and Starlink Mini are available for seamless high-speed internet connectivity throughout the property. For events under 100 guests, on-site parking is available; for larger gatherings, we’ll connect you with shuttle providers to fit your budget. Nearby hotels—including Hotel Petaluma, Metro Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott, and the Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country Petaluma—are all within 5 miles of the farm for added guest convenience.
