We offer multiple venues—from the Grand Lawn (up to 500) and Party Barn (up to 75) to the Dinner Barn (up to 175), Arena (up to 500), The Bridge (up to 25), and The Lounge (up to 15) —allowing us to host intimate gatherings or larger events, with flexible layouts tailored to your needs.

Unlike many venues that advertise a low base price and then charge extra for décor and essentials, Beaumont Farms is truly all-inclusive. What you see on your tour—outdoor furniture, chandeliers, shade sails, restrooms, and other core amenities—is all included with your rental. This gives you clarity upfront and saves you from unexpected add-on costs.
Yes! Beaumont Farms features both versatile indoor spaces, including historic barns and lounge suites, and outdoor areas like pastures, olive groves, manicured lawns, and a five-acre pond.
Absolutely! Our friendly, photogenic farm animals—horses, ponies, donkeys, alpacas, and more—can be included for special photo opportunities or creative shoots. Availability depends on scheduling and the specific animal’s comfort.
Beaumont Farms does not offer in-house catering, which gives you the flexibility to select the caterer or vendor of your choice. Outside professionals are welcome, as long as they carry the required insurance. To support your team, we provide catering prep areas, refrigeration, and flexible spaces—and full bars can be arranged through your catering partner.
Alcohol service must be provided by licensed caterers for most events. Corporate and social gatherings often feature indoor or outdoor bar setups.
For guests, there are a few hotels that are close by such as: Hotel Petaluma, Metro Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott, Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country Petaluma are all within approximately 5 miles of Beaumont Farms.
Music must conclude by 10:00 pm, but we do offer the option to extend your event for an additional fee.
Yes, we have private lounges and bridal suites with A/C, radiant flooring, smart TVs, and full baths, perfect for VIPs, talent, or quiet prep spaces.
We host only a select number of events each year, which allows us to be incredibly accommodating when it comes to setup, rehearsals, photography sessions, and teardowns. Extra access time can often be arranged, giving you the breathing room needed to create and enjoy a seamless experience without the pressure of a rushed timeline.

Location scouts often share our images with clients before scheduling a site visit.
