FROM PASTURE TO PRESS:
A TWO-DECADE JOURNEY OF OLIVE OIL CRAFTSMANSHIP
In 2001, a seasonal pasture was transformed into a 5-acre pond. The surrounding hill was terraced with 300 Italian varietal olive trees. A blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, and Coratina trees produce a unique golden oil with fresh notes of grass and green apple. Our first harvest in 2009 yielded 5 gallons. In 2023, we produced over 100 gallons of organically grown extra virgin olive oil.

Twenty years after planting our first tree, we proudly introduced our olive oil at Petaluma’s Walnut Park Farmers Market. Today, we offer it in three containers: two dark green recycled glass bottles with weighted pour spouts (16 oz. and 32 oz.), as well as a convenient 16 oz. squeeze bottle.

A Unique BLEND
Twomey olive oil is organically grown and pressed exclusively for us - never blended with other fruit. Our extra virgin oil is a unique and balanced blend of Tuscan fruit:
